Ovulation Time

When is the ovulation time is a common question couples which to have children ask and ladies who wants to avoid pregnancy.

The timing of the ovulation period during the menstrual cycle varies widely in women because of the variation in the days of the menstrual cycle.

Example Mrs. Boma menstrual cycle 28 days, Mrs. Atiku 30 days and Mrs. Dorothy 32 days. Irrespectively of the number of days that make up your menstrual cycle, as far as it is regular, your ovulation day could be determined.

In as 28 days regular menstrual cycle, the ovulation occurs almost always on 14th. This day may not be true for a woman with longer or shorter menstrual cycle.
