Get some quantity of garlic and onions, grind and soak in a clean cold water and allow to ferment for about 5-6 hours.
Then get some quantity of basil leaves (Nchawu in Igbo) (Ifirin in Yoruba), combine with lemon grass and squeeze to bring out water.
Mix the garlic and onions with the juice of basil and lemon grass, shake properly.
Dosage Adults: One glass twice daily for 10 days.
